On Monday, we posted an article focusing on managing job stress… and it seems as though those of us in the OSU Extension office need to take another glance at it! Things have been very busy in our office lately and amidst all of the hubbub we had forgotten about a very key BONUS for Move It Miami County participants! Today, Wednesday April 8th was the first luncheon massage session opportunity… and we didn’t advertise it very well. 😦 If you missed it, don’t worry! We will have two more sessions during the Move It Miami County program – they are:
Wednesday, April 22nd
Wednesday, May 6th
Both sessions will be held in teh OSU Extension Meeting Room on the first floor of the old courthouse from 12:00 noon – 1:00pm. FREE Five-minute chair massages will be given on a first come – first serve basis. Those interested in coming may want to bring their lunch in case they have to wait their turn in line! – this extra to the MIMC program could prove to be very popular!
